Assist and support the smooth operation of employee welfare and benefits programs, including healthcare reimbursement, insurance, and employee identification cards. Collaborate on HR system enhancement and ensure efficient claim processing, timely communication with vendors, and accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Strong knowledge of employee welfare, insurance, and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven computer literacy in Microsoft Office series, database skills, Office G-suite
