Business Solutions Research Supervisor

To support the design, analysis, and rollout of new VAS features and partnerships through market research, process documentation, and pilot testing. Manage and monitor the daily operations of VAS products to ensure smooth and uninterrupted services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in product research, fintech/banking analysis, or digital service development.
• Market and competitor analysis, documentation, UX/process mapping, coordination with tech and design teams, reporting and presentation skills.
