Job Description
The Business Solution Specialist will coordinate with the Business Solution team and perform integration with corporate clients for payment services integration merchants, wallet, and banking application. The role will provide technical, operational, product, and service support to clients and onboard new merchants.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and related experience
- Two years of experience in eCommerce integration and UAT testing of financial related app (eg. Wallet, mobile banking app)
- Excellent customer service skill and communication skill
