Requirements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate function leaders
- Partner with leaders to design and implement strategic people initiatives
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to align programs and policies with business priorities
- Coach corporate leaders and managers to strengthen leadership capability
- Support talent management and performance processes
