Program Manager

KBR is seeking a Program Manager to provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of the MFLC Program contract. The position may be remote and will require 50% travel.

Requirements

• BS Degree in a related field
• At least ten years' experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing proposed methodologies and approaches of projects
• Five years of experience working with a military or DoD organization(s)
• Five years of experience supervising Adult or Child/Youth counselors
• At least two years' counseling experience (within the last five years), post-licensure with current counseling competence through at least periodic, direct service counseling experience
• At least three years' experience managing SLAs under an incentive-based contract
• An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification
• A Secret level clearance, at a minimum
