Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead construction projects and task orders, managing a team of specialists and overseeing operational effectiveness, maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical acumen, and the ability to make decisions and adhere to strict deadlines.
Requirements
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a US TS/SCI w/ Poly level clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Construction related field; OR Diploma or equivalent AND fifteen (15) years of experience in management-level positions.
- 5+ years’ experience in Construction Management OR ten (10) years trade experience with at least five (5) years in supervisory or site lead positions.
- Experience in managing high dollar projects, directing sub-contractors and skilled workers.
- Experience in managing multiple site locations.
- Experience in managing small projects in a fast-pace environment, using a variety of laborers and contractors.
