Compensation & Benefits Specialist

KBE Building Corporation is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits administration, as well as a passion for fostering a workplace environment that embodies the KBE Mission and Values. The role will involve administering and monitoring benefits, managing compensation, and providing regulatory oversight and affirmative action program support.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree in HR, Business or a related field of study
• Compensation & Benefits Administration experience a must
• A minimum of 5-7 years of well-rounded Compensation & Benefits experience
• Results Driven and accountable for actions
• Effective communicator to all levels of the organization
• Ability to forge strong, trusting, collaborative relationships
