Legal advisor Lending

As a Legal Advisor Lending, you will be involved in complex transactions, negotiating and drafting documents, and identifying legal risks. You will work closely with colleagues in the commercial, legal, and operational teams, and contribute to policy, structure, and strategic matters.

Requirements

• Master's in Law, preferably from a Belgian university
• At least three years of transactional experience in negotiating and drafting contracts
• Previous experience in transactional finance is an advantage
• Communication skills in English and Dutch
