Job Description
We are looking for a colleague in Brno to join our team. The future colleague will be responsible for valuing real estate on market principles, monitoring real estate market development, processing a database of completed sales, processing analysis of real estate market development, etc.
Requirements
- Higher or secondary technical, construction or economic education
- Knowledge of real estate valuation issues, professional education/ courses
- Basic knowledge of the Valuation of Assets Act, the Building Act, the Cadastre Act and the Civil Code
- Driving license category B
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to learn quickly
- Independence, but also team work skills
- Professional demeanor and good communication skills
- Flexibility in terms of time
