Job Description
KAYALI is seeking a strategic Sales Director to lead their Account Management, Education, and Field Sales Teams. This NYC-based role focuses on driving retail sales, expanding market share, and strengthening brand presence. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep beauty industry experience and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share in retail environments
- Established relationships with key retailers (Sephora experience strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
