• CA Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
• CA RN license
• BLS
• NP Certification by national certification board and Master’s degree in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree
