Superintendent

The Superintendent is responsible for the project's success through scheduling, quality control, and minimizing warranty call backs. Key responsibilities include generating schedules, monitoring performance, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring jobsite safety.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading construction projects as a Superintendent
• Multifamily, municipal and/or commercial experience preferred
• Ability to understand contracts
• Ability to manage a team, resolve disputes and foresee potential cost or schedule issues
• Familiarity with Procore preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
