Job Description
A Senior Estimator at Kaufman Lynn is responsible for preparing budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages for construction projects. Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in estimating
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Ability to read engineering and architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to read and understand contracts
- Outstanding and professional oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
