Commercial Marketing Coordinator (Temporary)

The Commercial Marketing Coordinator will be a key member of the Kate Farms Commercial Marketing team, helping bring the company's mission to life across culture, healthcare, and everyday experiences.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial marketing, brand management, or a related field
• Passion for brand marketing and interest in healthcare, wellness, and/or mission-driven organizations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• A collaborative and adaptable mindset, comfortable working across departments in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Monday.com)
• Analytical curiosity and comfort with tracking metrics and reporting results
• A strong commitment to company mission and values
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• The ability to respectfully share and accept feedback willingly from all levels of the organization
