Requirements

• Support customer relations by answering inbound calls
• Act as the face of the organization, providing friendly, professional service
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
• Use critical thinking to solve customer complaints and questions
• Act as a subject-matter expert regarding all customer queries
• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing
• Assist other teams including development, sales, and marketing as needed
