PM Reconciliation LATAM

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - LATAM Reconciliation who will lead the intelligent reconciliation product, connecting payments, banks, operations, and finance. As a PM, you will lead bank and financial reconciliation, analyze Payin → Bank → Ledger flows, define loss and efficiency metrics, and coordinate regional stakeholders.

Requirements

• +4 years as PM/PO in fintech, digital treasury or financial ERPs
• Practical knowledge of bank and financial reconciliation
• Basic SQL / analytical queries + BI and financial reporting
• Operational understanding of accounting flows and end-to-end analysis (Payin → Bank → Ledger)
• Stakeholder management and executive data-driven communication
• Multi-country experience (highly valued)
• Domain architecture knowledge (desirable)
• Experience with agentive tools and analytics insights (desirable)
