Requirements
- 4–6 years' experience in brand management within FMCG or self-care industries
- Proven track record of end-to-end innovation delivery from idea to in-market success
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build compelling business cases (forecasting, P&L, ROI)
- Skilled in launch marketing and full-funnel campaign development, especially across social and e-commerce
- Experience with Amazon as a growth channel including NPD launches, demand generation, and product content optimisation
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder leadership across multiple simultaneous initiatives
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and VMS (vitamins, minerals, supplements)
