Kardigan is a heart health company seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to source, engage, and hire top talent for key roles across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring for biotech, life sciences, or health tech companies
- Strong experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies
- Hands-on experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
