Field Technician

Kantar Media is a global leader in data, insights, and consulting services. We are looking for a Field Technician to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability, especially with A/V setups, and experience with domestic A/V installations. The role involves installing, servicing, and safely managing TV metering equipment and software in panel homes across the UK.

Requirements

• Strong technical ability, especially with A/V setups (SCART, RGB, Composite, HDMI).
• Confident working with home networking, routers, Windows PCs, Macs, iOS and Android.
• Comfortable installing bespoke software and handling general hardware/software setups.
• Experience with domestic A/V installations; electronics or TV-servicing qualifications are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills—you're the face of Kantar.
• Ability to work flexibly across the UK, including some weekends and occasional overnight stays.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly.
• CRB check documentation.
