Senior Legal Counsel

Kambi is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their Commercial Legal team in London. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as developing and supporting junior team members. Ideal candidate has 5+ years PQE, experience in complex commercial transactions, and excellent academics and private practice training.

Requirements

• 5+ years PQE
• Experience in complex commercial transactions
• Experience in IP, corporate, and/or dispute resolution
• Excellent academics and private practice training
• Ability to analyse commercial or corporate issues and provide succinct solutions
• Confidence in analysing and providing advice on areas of law falling outside of formal experience
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced work environment
• Curiosity and initiative in looking at new ways of doing things
• Ability to appreciate the commercial and legal needs of the business
