The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a proven track record of running end-to-end campaigns that delivered measurable business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing
- Proven experience running end-to-end campaigns that delivered measurable business impact
- Hands-on fluency with ad platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google), landing page builders, and lifecycle tools
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret CAC/LTV and funnel data to inform strategy
- Portfolio of shipped campaigns or experiments demonstrating speed, creativity, and proof of impact
