SENIOR UX RESEARCHER (m/f/d)

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will design and lead research projects, conduct user testing, and analyze data to inform business and design strategy. You will work with cross-functional teams and contribute to proposal development and KXL-wide initiatives.

• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Skilled in project management across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Confident in facilitating workshops and scopings
• Experienced in enabling insights-driven product decisions
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in German and full professional proficiency in English
