Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in hospitality or hotel asset management
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata)
