Assistant Community Director - Eden Keller Ranch

We are seeking an Assistant Community Director to join our team at Kairoi Residential. As a key leader in our multifamily community, you will oversee operations, handle resident relations and retention, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of industry experience or experience in a related hospitality or customer service environment
• An Associate’s Degree, or equivalent from a college or technical school
• Familiarity with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, evictions, Fair Housing, and associate safety
• Strong foundation in financials and the ability to accurately calculate figures such as concessions, late fees, prorated rates, etc.
