Requirements
- Very good understanding of Workday products (HCM, Financials, Payroll) or specialist Capability
- Excellent customer focus and experience in customer-facing consulting environment
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Good commercial awareness and project/business dynamics understanding
- Consulting skills (presenting, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to customers)
- Ability to apply relevant standards and procedures to maintain high quality and accuracy
- Awareness of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and security of information
