We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a memorable stay from check-in to check-out.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, Protel) is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
