Commercial Construction Superintendent (ground up)

One of Southern California's most stable and prestigious General Contractors is in hyper growth mode and they are in need of an experienced Ground Up Commercial Construction Superintendent for automobile dealership development projects occurring in the Los Angeles, CA area (Carson, CA).

Requirements

• Must have previous experience handling tilt up and ground up commercial construction projects.
• Must have Tenant Improvement (TI) experience.
• Experience in automobile dealership builds is a major plus
• AS degree in Construction Management or similar or a Journeyman status in a building trade from an accredited organization (i.e. Carpenter) AND demonstrated experience of progressive responsibility supervising construction
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, Email, scheduling, Microsoft Office and other software used in the construction industry.
• Current safety credentials to include OSHA 30 1, 1st Aid and CPR
