Job Description
Justworks is seeking a Country Lead for Canada to support the International team in operationalizing and running the Canadian business. This role focuses on growing the Canadian market, driving product localization, providing market expertise, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, process-oriented, and thrives in an unchartered territory.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in Canada in an execution-focused role in operations or expansion teams
- Deep experience in Canadian HR, payroll and benefits
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience understanding legal processes and regulations
- Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and partners
