Junior Talent Sourcer

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract exceptional talent across global markets. In this role, you'll identify and engage passive candidates, build targeted sourcing pipelines, and use modern tools and AI to support the hiring process.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sourcing for various role types
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms, including effective candidate identification and engagement
• Knowledge of Boolean and X-ray search techniques
• Understanding of recruitment processes and talent pipelines
• Experience in conducting market research and interpreting its trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
• Familiarity with AI tools to automate routine sourcing tasks
• Experience with ATS or/and CRM systems
