VSD Technicien de production Downstream - Manufacturing Associate II

We are looking for a VSD Production Technician Downstream - Manufacturing Associate II to contribute to making healthcare more equitable and faster, and help us be pioneers in access to medicines.

Requirements

• Execute and monitor critical steps of the process (column packing, capture and polishing chromatography, viral inactivation, viral filtration, ultrafiltration/diafiltration)
• Participate in the introduction of new products and technologies in the workshop
• Initiate quality records, including deviations, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) and participate in investigations
• Write and revise procedures and operating modes used in production
• Train other staff members on the operation of equipment and process
• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment; collect data and write/update BPF documentation
• Contribute to daily production team operations by assisting other team members
• Report problems
• Contribute to the success of production by actively participating in operations
• Ensure smooth and continuous communication with the manager on the status of ongoing operations
• Document process steps in lot files in accordance with BPF and company directives
• Develop an understanding of equipment and operations used to manufacture biotherapeutic products in accordance with BPF
• Perform other tasks that may be requested by management
