Job Description
Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a team in a dispensary environment. This role involves delivering inventory, ensuring proper FIFO tracking, customer service, inventory management, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, driven, and have a strong understanding of cannabis operations.
Requirements
- Follow established policies for sales and customer service
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Assisting in patient consultation and providing product information
- Complete tasks as assigned with accuracy and detail
