Job Description
JUMP! Canada is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Lead Outdoor Instructor to play a key role in delivering transformational, fun, and safe courses for youth at our wilderness site near 100 Mile House, BC.
Requirements
- Lead, Manage and Accountable for a team of Outdoor Instructors
- Develop and implement engaging and effective experiential learning programs
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of program delivery
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants
