Job Description
Jumeirah Al Naseem is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or equivalent, and 10 years of experience in HR management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business or equivalent from a renowned university.
- 10 years' experience in a position of direct responsibility for Human Resources Management, regarding budgeting for large scale projects/operation.
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
