Business Analyst - Client Lifecycle Management

Business Analyst for Global CLM implementation responsible for deriving business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and gaining understanding of structures, business, and regulatory requirements. Experience in implementing Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management processes and platforms required.

Requirements

• Analyze needs and issues of the organisation or business domain
• Specify and document new business processes or systems
• Feasible integration of the business processes and needs into technical solutions
• Align with (senior) business stakeholders to understand structures, the organisation’s business and operating model, and the applicable regulatory requirements
• Validate the fulfilment of business requirements by elaborating test cases, test procedure and user acceptance testing
• Ensure appropriate involvement of relevant business stakeholders throughout the whole project lifecycle
• Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery projects
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology (e.g. SAFe) and experience of partnering with IT in a Scrum setup
• Proficiency in Jira or similar Agile project management tools
• Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in finding operational synergies and performing impact analysis on business models, tools and processes
• Experienced in working with DevOps
• Experienced in applying testing methodologies, especially functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Experience in the private banking and global wealth management industry with strong delivery record is a plus
