Learning and Development Advisor

We are looking for a motivated, organised, inspirational Learning and Development Advisor to complete the transition to our new learning systems, and develop and embed the training matrix and calendar. This is a one-year project role, part of our national People and Culture Team.

Requirements

• Proven organisation, time management, planning and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience of analysing training needs, planning and implementing training programmes
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or the ability to quickly understand manufacturing processes
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills in a complex environment, ability to relate to a diverse range of people
• Sound computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
