Job Description
Join JTS | Mission Critical Group as a Safety Champ to champion a culture of safety across the production floor. This 6-month rotational role provides employees with the opportunity to deepen safety knowledge, support inspections, and promote best practices.
Requirements
- Serves as an active member of the site Safety Committee
- Monitors safety equipment and performs inspections
- Educates team members on proper use of tools and equipment
- Promotes a strong safety culture across the plant
- Trains team members on proper use of equipment and PPE
- Performs safety breaks to improve plant safety awareness
- Identifies improvements to reduce safety risk
- Provides feedback and guidance in a collaborative manner
