Job Description
At JTI, we're looking for a Sales Trainer to strengthen our sales capabilities and elevate salesforce effectiveness across the market. The role will drive initiatives, implement best-in-class standards, and support continuous development for the Sales team.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Business or Education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales
- At least 1 year of successful managerial experience
- Previous experience in training or capability development is an advantage
- Experience leading cross-functional projects is an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in the local language(s) of responsibility
- Intermediate English; Russian is an advantage
- Strong MS Office 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI)
- Valid driving license with minimum 3 years of driving experience
