Requirements
- Define pricing investment strategies at national and state levels, aligned with corporate objectives and competitive dynamics;
- Lead RGM Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive RGM framework, including pricing architecture, pack-price strategy, and promotional investment optimization;
- Conduct elasticity analysis, price-gap modeling, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions;
- Prepare and present pricing investment recommendations including buydown proposals to senior management, ensuring ROI-driven allocation;
- Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, adjusting strategies based on market trends and financial outcomes;
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to integrate RGM principles into portfolio and trade strategies;
- Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent;
- 6–8 years of experience in pricing, RGM, or trade marketing within FMCG;
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM) experience;
- Fluent English
