Your Tasks

The solar energy is a central pillar of the renewable energies. For this, numerous solar modules are produced and installed. The installed PV power is rising exponentially in Germany and accordingly also the waste volume of modules. The annual waste volume of solar modules will alone in Germany be over 150,000 tons in 2030. About half of the waste stream of solar modules is for re-use, thus 2nd-Life capable. Better Sol checks and sells these 2nd-Life capable modules and saves them from early disposal.

For the sale of our 2nd-Life solar modules, these must be marketed accordingly. For this, we are looking for you. You will support us in sales by identifying potential customers and active acquisition. In addition, you are responsible for the care and design of our social media channels, the elaboration of a social media strategy and the design of our website. Your focus is initially on the care of the online shop.

• You are interested in or have experience in the field of sales and communication
• You are sure in the German language in word and writing
• You are able to work both in a team and independently and self-responsibly
• You work independently in topics and solve tasks self-responsibly with our support
• You have a consciousness for sustainability and a frugal handling with resources is important to you
