Job Description
As a Lead Platform Engineer at JouwWeb and Webador, you will design and operate a scalable platform, lead the platform and infrastructure area, and work closely with the CTO to set the direction for growth without friction. You will have autonomy to build solutions that work and favor simplicity and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's level and 5+ years in a comparable platform, infra or SRE role.
- Hands-on owner, strong in Linux, virtualization and reliability.
- Pragmatic and simplicity first. You prefer maintainable over complex solutions.
- Willing to jump in during incidents and help formalize on call.
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
