Job Description
Journey Church is seeking a Young Adults Director to lead and disciple young adults (18–30) to live and love like Jesus. The successful candidate will cast vision, preach, and develop leaders to create a thriving ministry that connects young adults to community, spiritual growth, and purpose within Journey Church.
Requirements
- Multiple year's experience in ministry or church vocational work is preferred
- Experience in a multisite church
- Experience in organizing multiple projects and events
- Organized; flexible; able to Multitask
- Exemplary oral & written skills
- Spiritual Attributes: Professes Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, Commitment to personal spiritual growth, Models standards and expectations of leaders within Journey Church, Aligns with Journey's spiritual beliefs and staff values, Spiritually mature: models the lifestyle of a passionate follower of Jesus
