We are seeking a skilled International Engineering Manager to oversee our tunnelling projects across the Middle East and the UK. As an International Engineering Manager, you will oversee our segment tunnelling and SCL works and lead on engineering aspects.
Requirements
- Manage and direct the engineering aspects of segment tunnelling and SCL operations.
- Oversee the integration of Drill and Blast methods with new and existing projects, depending on project requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project compliance with technical specifications, safety standards and cost efficient delivery.
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution to meet or exceed project deliverables.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for tunnelling and underground construction projects.
- Facilitate communication between project sites and headquarters, ensuring timely and accurate project updates.
- Travel between the Middle East, Europe and the UK as required.
- Aligning Health and Safety to country working in as well as UK standard to be always above the requirement to strive for excellence.
- Leading and supporting our behaviour safety programme LIFE.
- Micro tunnel and large scale TBM contracts will be running so previous experience required in this area.
