Job Description
Jordan Valley Community Health Center is seeking a Resource Services Specialist to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients and visitors. This role involves on-site rounds, sanitation support, assisting patients with vehicle transport, and responding to emergencies. The specialist will act as a liaison between patients, staff, and external partners.
Requirements
- Complete regular rounds to monitor facility/clinic cleanliness and offer service.
- Operate shuttle/transit vehicles as assigned.
- Respond to reports of patients/employees who require assistance.
- Assist patients with minor vehicle needs.
- Provide safety drills and education.
