Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of our B2B fashion platform. You will collaborate closely with your Product Manager and Engineering Lead to drive discovery, strategy, and delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or platform products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex system design, workflow optimization, and user-centered decision-making.
- Experience designing within legacy or enterprise systems — you know how to balance modernization with technical constraints.
- Skilled in collaborative product discovery, translating research and data into actionable design insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can clearly articulate design decisions to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, etc.) and familiarity with design systems at scale.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and iterating toward measurable impact.
