Job Description
The Ministry Relations Manager at Joni and Friends' U.S. Ministries department will support the overall objectives of the team. This role involves developing networks, cultivating donors, volunteer recruitment and training, and assisting with ministry programming. The position requires a strong faith base, experience in recruiting and networking, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Must possess a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- 3+ years of recruiting, networking, sales, or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends
- Experience with the role of the church
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, etc.
