Donor Care Associate

The Donor Care Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to donors, managing donor communications, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. The role also involves administrative and data support, as well as ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

• Proven success in Customer Service
• Experience with database management systems and general office duties
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Professional ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally
• Strong general computer skills and working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and the Internet
