Job Description
This Analytics Specialist position will support the Joni and Friends organization by performing data-related tasks such as scanning and organizing checks, managing Salesforce CRM, and contributing to fundraising efforts. The role involves meticulous recordkeeping, attention to detail, and maintaining data accuracy to ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, data processing, or CRM/database management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in a data-related role acceptable
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision
- Basic reporting/data analysis experience (plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
