M&E Quantity Surveyor

Sisk is seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and provide expertise across mechanical and electrical elements of major projects. The role involves managing costs, contracts, commercial reporting, and ensuring value delivery at every stage of projects, supporting client satisfaction and project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on mechanical and electrical packages
• Strong commercial knowledge of contracts, procurement and cost management within construction
• Experience on large-scale projects in sectors such as commercial, infrastructure, life sciences, technology or data centres
• Familiarity with M&E systems, drawings and technical specifications
• Track record of managing subcontractors and suppliers effectively
• Excellent numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage workload across multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in cost management software, Excel and reporting systems
• Knowledge of construction contracts such as NEC and JCT
• Ongoing professional development in M&E or construction commercial management
• Chartered status (RICS or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
