Job Description
Joby Aviation is seeking a highly organized Water Jet Team Leader to manage a low volume, quick-turn around job shop. This role focuses on maintaining the output and support for the development, certification, and production of Joby’s eVTOL aircraft. The team will assist with scheduling, planning, equipment maintenance, and post-processing while collaborating with Fabrication and Machine Shop teams.
Requirements
- Associates degree or higher in a related field or 10-15 years of experience in a similar management role OR 15+ years experience in the machining or fabrication industry.
- Understanding of Fabrication processes and some familiarity with CNC machining processes.
- Able to operate and program both Flow and Omax water jets.
