Senior Product Manager

Joby is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Factory Systems team. The role will involve certifying the world's first eVTOL aircraft and launching the world's first Urban Air Mobility service. The candidate will be instrumental in building manufacturing systems that will produce aircraft at never-before-seen scale while maintaining precision and traceability required for aerospace certification.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in technical environments
• Proven track record of driving engineering execution in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• Experience managing products with multiple technical dependencies and cross-system integrations
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with shifting requirements and evolving priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting root cause analysis on complex technical issues
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and align diverse teams without direct authority
• Track record of taking full ownership of outcomes and driving projects to successful completion
• Experience working with engineering teams on technical architecture decisions and implementation trade-offs
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
